Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and holographic stickers remain attached to the merchandise.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
